South Miami, FL, Joins 23 State Attorney General’s Filing Lawsuits to Challenge EPA’s Clean Energy Rule

New York Attorney General Letitia James led a coalition of 23 state attorney generals in filing a lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals challenging the Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) Rule, the EPA’s final rollback of the Obama administration’s Clean Power Plan. Our very own City of South Miami, FL, has joined the lawsuit as the 24th community to challenge the ACE. Read the full press release here.
